How to connect with outreach teams if you are sleeping rough.

Important Warnings

  • Outreach teams may not come out immediately. Try to find a safe place or day centre.

  • StreetLink connects people sleeping rough with local outreach services. It is not an emergency service.
  • If someone needs urgent medical help, call 999. For non-emergency issues, call 101.

  • You have the right to be treated with dignity and respect by outreach teams.
