Accessibility

This statement applies to Housing Support Navigator. We want the service to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people using keyboard navigation, screen readers, magnification or other assistive technology.

Current standard

We design towards WCAG 2.2 AA. We have not completed an independent full-site accessibility audit, so we do not claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance at this time.

What we are working on

We continue to review keyboard access, visible focus, semantic structure, contrast, zoom/reflow, form labelling, error handling and screen-reader behaviour across the service. Product changes are expected to preserve or improve these behaviours.

Urgent housing or safety support

Accessibility feedback is not an emergency channel. If you are in immediate danger call 999. For urgent housing information, the service also links to established public and charity support routes.
